3. Purpose of the site

The site provides general information about the products PROADSTEEL sells, mainly 450 and 500 HBW wear plate, and of the Hardox® and Strenx® brands, for which it is an authorized distributor, and lets users request quotes, technical advice and information. PROADSTEEL does not manufacture steel.

4. Technical information

Technical content on the site (descriptions, comparisons, applications and articles) is indicative and does not replace the manufacturer’s datasheet or the engineering analysis of each application. Properties, thicknesses, dimensions and availability of each reference are confirmed in the quote and in the manufacturer’s documentation.

5. Quotes and orders

Requests sent through the site, by email or by WhatsApp are not orders or binding offers. Prices, lead times, payment and delivery terms are set out in the written commercial proposal issued by PROADSTEEL, valid for the period stated in it.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, PROADSTEEL logo and other original content of the site belong to PROADSTEEL or are used with permission and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent. Hardox® and Strenx® are registered trademarks of SSAB and are mentioned to identify the products PROADSTEEL distributes.

Users agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to send false information or files containing malicious code, and not to attempt unauthorised access to its systems.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or Instagram. PROADSTEEL is not responsible for their content or policies.
